1.     Authors are recommended to use the conference presentation template for preparing their presentations.

2.     The official language of the conference is English. Both the presentation files (.pptx and .pdf) and the oral presentation must be in English. Presentations in Persian may result in removal of the paper from the conference proceedings.

3.     The presentation time allocated to each paper is 10 minutes and 2 minutes for questions. The recommended number of slides is approximately 10.

4.     After preparing the presentation file (.pptx), please record your presentation audio and embed it in the PowerPoint file using the Insert → Audio feature in Microsoft PowerPoint. This file will serve as a backup presentation file. In case of network or connectivity issues during the presentation session, the organizing committee will play this file on behalf of the presenter. Presentation files submitted without embedded audio may not be presented and may result in removal of the paper from the conference proceedings.

5.     The presentation file name must follow the format: PEDSTC2026_PaperID.pptx.

6.     Authors must also prepare and submit a PDF version of the presentation. The PDF file should not include audio and will be used during the presentation session if needed. The file name must follow the format: PEDSTC2026_PaperID.pdf.

7.     Both the PowerPoint file (.pptx with embedded audio) and the PDF file (.pdf without audio) must be uploaded to the paper submission system no later than 2 June 2026.

8.     2 June 2026 is the last date to register and upload the final paper based on the IEEE PDF format. Instructions for preparation of the final papers and registration are in the conference website. At least one of the authors of accepted papers must be registered. After this date, unregistered papers will be removed from the conference program.
