1.IEEE / PELSI Membership or Student Participants Discounts for Conference Registration:
To apply for the discount, eligible applicants are kindly requested to first select the appropriate Registration Group in their user account under the My Profile section.
Subsequently, please upload a valid document confirming your membership through the Send Document section for review.
Upon verification and approval of the submitted membership document, the applicable conference discounts will be applied to the registration fees accordingly.

2.Guidelines for Payment of Accepted Papers and Additional Page Charges:
To pay the fees for accepted papers and additional pages, log in to your user panel and click on the ‘Bills & Payment’ menu. Review the total charges for papers and additional pages, then click on ‘Online Payment’ to be redirected to the payment page and complete the transaction. Records of all completed payments will be available in the Bills & Payment section.

3.Guidelines for Payment of Conference Participation Without a Paper
To participate in the conference without an accepted paper, log in to your user panel and click on the Services menu. Two options are available:
Select your desired option and click Save. Then, go to the Bills & Payment menu to complete the payment process.
On the Bills & Payment page, click on the Bills & Payment option to be redirected to the payment page and complete the payment of the required amount.
Records of all completed payments will be available in the Bills & Payment section.
